How do I get the best promo?” It’s a little bit much, and it all looks like a mess. This is the video for you. So we are gonna start on the BettingLadies.com website and I’ll show you exactly how to use a code. So first you’re gonna see this banner up here at the top. “Sign up today. #BetLikeALady”.
You can click right on that. Or if you wanna look at some odds first we can go to the WNBA here. Very exciting season already. Click on WNBA picks. You can look at some ideas for what bets you wanna make, and scroll down to any of these. Pick any of them. And then scroll to the bottom and you’ll see links that will take you to the BetRivers Sportsbook.
So you can find these links anywhere on the site. All of them are gonna be a promo link that shows you how to sign up with the promo code already put in.
#2. Confirm your location

Okay, so I’ve clicked the link and it’s taken me to this welcome page and you may need to allow your location to be tracked. And I know you might feel a little hesitant about that, but this is legally required because you must be in a state where it’s legal to bet and where BetRivers or whatever sportsbook you’re using is licensed.
So you should allow. On the, on the location and it already knows that I’m in New York. And so I am just in case going to right now, copy this promo code, um, BETLADY just in case I need to enter it in later. If I needed to change my state, I could do it here, so I’ll click visit.
#3. Click “JOIN NOW” and insert the referral code

And here we are in the beautiful and maybe slightly overwhelming sportsbook. So this is pretty much what every sportsbook looks like generally. They all have a different sort of vibe, a different aesthetic. Um, I like BetRivers. I kind of like the white space. DraftKings, if you’ve used it, is very dark.
Um, which isn’t my personal preference, but whatever. Um, so they make it very easy on BetRivers to see on the left: you’re almost always gonna see on a sportsbook the sports. So you’ll see the most popular at the top a lot you can see. See, and then all sports. And I can click these open and see more, and we’ll get into this later in another video about how to really navigate a sportsbook.
But in general, you’ll see, um, at, at the top here, you’ll see the sports that are going on right now, some of the specials, what’s on live. And then as you scroll, you can see immediately the odds for the games that are going on right now or scheduled soon. So what I need to do now in order to sign up is click this, “join now” up here.
So I’m taken to, it looks like a three step process to sign up for this sportsbook, I need to pick my state here. I need to enter a screen name, email, create a password, and then here is the important thing you’re gonna put in your affiliate code. So I just copy pasted BETLADY. So I will do this and come back.
#4. Add your personal details

Then you’ll see step two is entering in a little bit more personal information. And again, back to the privacy thing, you are safe and this information is encrypted by sportsbooks according to them. Um, but you have to enter this information to confirm that you’re of legal betting age; you really live in the state you’re saying you live in.
And this is just for them to stay within legal standing. So I’m gonna fill out this information and then come back again.
#5 – Use the bonus code and deposit funds
Okay. And finally, step three is the security part. So you’ll enter your security questions, your answers, your phone number, and then the last four digits of your social security number. Again, they’ve said it right here: this data is required by the federal government, they will encrypt it, et cetera, et cetera.
Then you’re gonna agree to the terms and service, um, enable strong authentication. That’s a great idea. But you’ll have to use an authentication code. So that’s up to you how much you want this to be protected. So I’m gonna enter that in and come back. Okay, so I clicked register, and now I have a popup here, which is optional.
But you can use this deposit code sports in order to get a second chance bet of up to a hundred dollars. And that means whenever you see second chance bet, it means: you make your first bet, if you lose, they will give you back what you lost, and this sportsbook will give you back up to a hundred dollars.
So if you lose $200, you’re getting $100 back. But if you lose $50, they’ll give you $50 back. Pretty great. So that code is “SPORTS”. So then you will X out of that and then start your banking. So this is where you can enter your bonus code. And I will start with a deposit of $100 and enter that code, and then you click deposit.
And it’s gonna ask you for your banking information. So you wanna connect a payment method so that you can make deposits and withdrawals, and it’s really important that you never even put in more money than you’re willing to lose. So I like to think of betting money as fun money. Like how much would I spend on, uh, a few cocktails with friends or a quick thing that I’m gonna buy.
I like to have about a hundred dollars in there, maybe a little more. Um, and play with that. And if I win something, I play with that, but I don’t really keep depositing more money. I’m gonna start with a hundred cuz it’s a little bit easier to explain some of the odds and things like that. But that’s really important never to deposit more than you are willing to lose.
Okay, so I’ve done it. It took me to like a popup with connecting my bank and the bank explained how it would protect my account numbers, et cetera, et cetera. And now I have claimed “SPORTS” on my first deposit. Um, so on your next real money sports wager, meaning not using a promo is eligible, and if it loses, I will get a hundred dollars in bonus bets, which means a hundred dollars to spend on here.
