When I launched the Casino.Click site, I was very pleased to be greeted with a good-looking platform that is extremely easy to use.

The platform is very easy to navigate, but I did find some areas lacking. For instance, the FAQ section is missing a lot of information, and the site tends to lag a little when you jump from games to other areas.

There isn't a native app to download, but I never see this as a problem. Casino.Click has been perfectly optimized to work on any mobile device, so you can enjoy everything on offer at this social casino from your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

Putting gameplay to the test 
I decided that the best way to review Casino.Click thoroughly was to get stuck into a game and see how it played out.

I went for Wild Donuts, which is a sweet treat slot from Max Win Gaming. I must admit, the game took a little while to load, but when it did the graphics were vibrant and crisp and I found no lagging whatsoever as I played.

One thing to note is that unless you change it, Casino.Click will automatically use coins from your SC balance. In order to change this, simply navigate to the top right-hand corner of the screen where you can switch between SC and GC at the touch of a button. 

Redeem your SC for real cash at Casino.Click

As mentioned, you can't redeem your SC for real prizes at Casino.Click. To do this, go to the ‘Coin Shop’ where you'll see an option for ‘Prize Redemption’.

There is a 1x playthrough requirement, and you must have a minimum of 100 SC in your account before you can successfully redeem your coins. You can make a redemption via Bitcoin, Tether or bank transfer.

I couldn't see an option for a gift card, which is common practice at most social casinos, and I also found it difficult to find any information on turnaround times, as the FAQ article for this is missing and customer services are currently experiencing maintenance.

I found this all to be a little frustrating, but I'm sure that the FAQ section will be updated in due time and customer services back online imminently.

 

Summing up Casino.Click

All in all, I had a good time at Casino.Click. This is a good-looking social casino with a generous welcome offer, as well as many ways to add to your coin balance without ever making a purchase.

While some things disappointed me, such as the lack of information surrounding redemptions, the absence of a VIP program, and not being able to contact customer services, overall this is an enjoyable social platform with lots to offer.

The selection of games is eclectic and exciting, and the site is a breeze to use on any device – so I think I can forgive a few minor gripes, given that this site is so new and has so much potential!
